Why

Why we exist

Japan's pension system is genuinely complicated, and most people only try to understand it in the months before they retire, when decisions are already urgent. Willow Falcon Crest was started so that the conversation can happen earlier, more calmly and with someone who has read the actual rules next to your own papers.

How

How a session works

Sessions are built around your documents: the annual statement, a contribution record from the Japan Pension Service, and notes on where you have worked. Gaps in a record and mix-ups between the flat-rate national pension and the earnings-related employees' pension come up most often, so we begin with the documents and not with assumptions.

Limits

What we do not do

We do not sell products and we do not manage money. We are not a pension fund, an insurer or a government office, and we do not file claims or act as your representative. Nothing here is legal or tax advice. Fees are agreed in writing before a session; see the commercial notice for the details.

We start with the documents, not the assumptions.
