Cancellation and Refund Policy

What this page covers

Willow Falcon Crest sells one thing: paid one-to-one consultations about Japan's public pension system, by video or in person in Hakodate. We do not sell tickets, events or physical goods, so there is nothing to return. This page explains what happens if a session has to be cancelled or moved.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer before the session, using the details in the written confirmation. The date is held for you once the payment has arrived.

If you cancel or want to move a session

Please write to mail@willowfalconcrest.com as early as you can. The written confirmation states the last date up to which a cancelled session is refunded and any part of the fee that is not refundable, so you can decide before you pay. Moving a session to another date is possible by agreement where we have a free slot.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel or cannot hold the session, we offer you a new date or refund the full fee you paid. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you name in writing.

If the result is not what you hoped

A session explains the rules and your documents; it does not promise any result at the pension office. A different decision by the Japan Pension Service is therefore not, on its own, a reason for a refund. If you think the session was not delivered as described in the confirmation, write to us and we will look at it.
