One-to-one consultation on Japan's public pension system, in sessions of 45, 60 or 90 minutes, by video or in person in Hakodate, with a written summary afterwards. It is an information service: it is not legal, tax or social-insurance procedure work, and no professional licence is claimed.
Fees
The fee for each session is stated in the written confirmation sent before payment. No prices are fixed on this website. Consumption tax, if any, is shown in the confirmation.
Other costs
Bank transfer charges are borne by the payer unless the written confirmation says otherwise.
Payment method and timing
Bank transfer, in advance of the session, using the details in the written confirmation. This website has no online payment function.
Delivery
The session takes place on the date agreed in the confirmation. The written summary follows after the session.
Cancellation and refunds
See the cancellation and refund page. The last date for a refund and any non-refundable part of the fee are stated in the written confirmation.
Defects and results
A session explains the rules and your documents; it does not promise any outcome at the pension office. If a session was not delivered as described, please write to us.
